Abierto is made and run by one person on Vieques. There is no help desk and no ticket number — you get a reply from a human, usually the same day.
Email hello@abierto.app. Write in English or in Spanish, whichever you prefer.
If a business is shown as open when it is closed, or the hours look wrong, tell us which business and what you saw. Status comes from the owner, so the fix is usually a message to them — that is the whole point of the app, and it is worth telling us when it is not working.
Listing your business is free. To add one, tap Add your Business in the app. If you have lost the code you sign in with, email us from the address or phone number on your listing and we will send it back — it is not lost for good.
Abierto never asks to send you notifications unless you tap a button that says so. You can choose which kinds you get — ferry, weather, events, announcements — from the bell in the app. Emergency alerts always get through, even if you have muted everything else; that is deliberate.

Abierto lo hace y lo mantiene una sola persona en Vieques. No hay centro de llamadas ni número de caso — te contesta una persona, casi siempre el mismo día.

Si un negocio aparece abierto y está cerrado, o el horario no cuadra, dínos cuál es y qué viste. El estado lo pone el dueño, así que casi siempre se arregla con un mensaje — de eso se trata la app, y vale la pena que nos digas cuando no está funcionando.
Aparecer en Abierto es gratis. Para añadir el tuyo, toca Add your Business en la app. Si perdiste el código con el que entras, escríbenos desde el correo o el teléfono de tu listado y te lo devolvemos — no se pierde para siempre.
Abierto nunca te pide mandarte avisos sin que toques un botón que lo diga. Puedes escoger cuáles recibes — lancha, tiempo, eventos, anuncios — desde la campana en la app. Los avisos de emergencia siempre pasan, aunque tengas todo lo demás silenciado; eso es a propósito.
